Health

Drink more water and cleaner water.

Eat cleaner.

Filter your air.

 

Internal work

Reduce your stress.

Increase you value. Identify what you're good at, what the world needs, what you like. And see if you want to capitalize on them. This may mean learning a few skills.

Optimize.

 

Building Community

Networking for work.

Collaborate on personal interests.
