What Are The Solutions?

Just like some people are allergic to peanut butter or you may like sweets, there are things your body, mind, and soul are and are not fond of. Note the difference between something feeling good and if something is actually good for you. Identifying these things is not taught at school or passed down from parents. We have to consciously affirm their existence and it starts with making the time with ourselves to learn it.

Integration takes shape in many forms. It could be mashing old ideas with new ones. It could be tapping into various pools of people. It could be about creating and/or joining communities. It could be about accepting yourself and your situations. Whatever it is, it all starts with honest communication from yourself to yourself and to others.

The quicker you form an identity the faster you can accelerate your growth and avoid things that hold you back. Making your own set of values is an important thing because once you create value in anything, it becomes an anchor point for focus. It will be a driving force to achieve your goals or something you are willing to fight for. With this added clarity, you can see where you need help and seek others who compliment. One fact is we cannot do things alone. There are many dysfunctional relationships and environments because there was a lack of understanding of ourselves, others, and how things generally work. Part of integration is accepting everything, your flaws, things you don't understand, other people, ideas, etc. Navigating becomes a little easier when we understand the "whole" exists as a map and we are part of the big picture.

For my own personal contributions to solutions, I'm sharing ideas on the topics of health and education because without decent health, it becomes improbable to get things done efficiently and better education allows us to do more. Have you heard of the term the rich get richer and the poor get poorer? This doesn't apply to just money but to knowledge as well as it forms cycles going upwards or downwards. e.g. You gain certain skills to save you time, or get more money, which either can get you more knowledge and the cycle repeats upwards. The same it true of the cycle going downwards. You may do things which effect your health negatively which reduces your capacity to be productive.

I'll leave you with this... We can't expect change unless we change ourselves as we can only control ourselves and not others. Change starts with each of us on the personal level. Don't expect your parents, others, the government, etc. to make changes for you.
